Lifestyle Routine

Happy Thursday everyone!
So I've decided as from Monday I'm starting a new daily routine, which includes fitness, diet and just the way I go about things, recently I've been quite poorly and my moods haven't been great and I know that's due to not being in a routine or eating/drinking healthily.
Every Thursday I'm going to write about my progress, how I'm feeling with my moods and the difference it makes etc

If anyone has any tips or tricks on what's made them feel better, more motivated and positive please let me know on here or on instagram, I would love to hear all of your idea's. I will also say the things I post are what suits me best, they may not work for everybody as our bodies work differently.
I'm going to cut right down on sugar, drink more smoothies to make sure I get all the vitamins I need.
Go for a run everyday or the equivalent and make sure I'm going to bed and getting up around the same time everyday, because that is one thing that can make a huge difference.

I'm having the same issue at the moment I'm trying to get more protein in me as well to give me more stubtatinable energy, also yoga is really good after high energy activities or if your not feeling up 2 much, it's gentler but still really gets the body moving. The obvious one that I find really difficult is drinking more water! It's so simple but it makes a massive difference. Good luck and can't wait to see you progress x
